It's hard to believe that on November 26th the 2023 season is over! We hope you had as much fun in the park as we did! While our "season" is over, the park doesn't close completely. Here are some frequently asked questions about what happens here in the off season.

Hibernation: November 27, 2023- May 3, 2024

When is the off-season/hibernation period?

From the last Monday in November to the first Friday in May.

Is the park open during the off-season?

Yes! In the off-season Gate 1 & Gate 5 are open from the 7:00 AM - Dusk daily for hiking and walking

Are the restroom facilities open?

The restroom across from the playground will be open.

Are the walkways cleared?

Yes, the main roadways and walkways are cleared in most areas however the park is "Use At Your Your Risk" during the hibernation. Please follow signage when visiting the park in the winter.
